looping long BGM failure
« on: January 23, 2016, 12:25:16 am »
is there a length maximum for BGM audio? I had a 5 minute long .wav file that looped correctly set as a BGM, but then I extended it to 15 minutes and now it will not loop. is there a maximum BGM length for the loop function to work?

likely there is, though I am unaware what the limit is.  have you tried compressing it to an alternative audio format (i know you lose the ability to control volume...but just for a test)?  It may be a memory issue rather than just a track length.

I am also encountering a loop failure. I reformatted a mp3 to the WAV format that SoM wants and it plays just fine, if albeit loud. However, it will not loop either through the map settings or through a system event. I have no idea why this occurs.
