Looping Music After Changing BGM?
« on: December 31, 2014, 09:17:03 pm »
I've noticed that when you change the BGM on a map through an event, it will only play the track once and stop playing once it's over, instead of looping. The sample game managed to make tracks loop after a change BGM event, but I can't seem to figure out how they did it. Can anybody clue me in as to what I'm missing?

Did you mark the "Loop" box in the lower right corner of the "Change BGM" command box?
I just tested with a few different BGM formats and it seems to loop correctly as long as the box is checked.  If that doesn't fix it, could you send me an audio track that won't loop and I'll try to figure it out.

Heh, that did it.

I didn't even see that tiny little check box there before, thanks for the pointer.

Easy fix, great. Several people have asked the same question through the years. That checkbox really doesn't catch your eye as it is. I should have moved it and made the text bold.
