Demons souls relating to KF

Seems like i missed this, until today... Has anyone else noticed that the Maiden in black has KF style eyes?

Looks like a burn mark or deformation, but to me this is From's nod to the fans of KF. The no eyes thing is traditionally KF. Havent seen it in any other games.
Given that Demons souls was the 'spiritual sucessor' to KF it makes sense.

I had not thought about that, but it does make a lot of sense. There's no real reason in the game for her to be blind/have no eyes(meaning the game and story wouldn't have been the slightest different if she had eyes and could see), so I'm certainly with you on this one.
