A little off topic from SOM....

I reached one of my goals last night.

My fiance is operating the camera, and that's her voice.
I'm not much for the guy to my left having his hand on the bar, but based on how relaxed his hands are, and how the weights go up, I don't think he took anything off.

This morning, I feel like I've been hit by a car.  ( ^ - ^)

I used to train with weights when I was little. I used to lift 275 KGs with my feet as an exercise.

Yeah, that spotter couldn't have been lifting any of the weight or he would have thrown the bar off center.

I've done exactly the same but vice-versa.
