Icarus Plume?

Been looking for days for the Icarus Plume!  Help!  Where is it?

The Icaros Plume is in a sealed chest.  If you're not certain the difference between a "sealed" and a "locked" chest, there's a specific post (Locked vs. Sealed) on this board which will explain it entirely.

Actually, there is only one group of sealed chests in on perspective, one section of the game.

Rather than an all out spoil, how about a hint?  You might have to do something with that color changing crystal towards the beginning of the game....
