Have you used that pitcher on the dry fountains?  If not, you've got a few more things to do to get the water crystal.

Which switch in the fire realm?  The one towards the beginning?

where is the pedestal for the chalice

You'll need Displace III to get to where you place the chalice.

The switch in the fire realm, is part of a "leaving" puzzle.

There is a clock puzzle towards the beginning of the game.  You'll need to solve that before you can get that water crystal.

Well, I've got a concept and map started for a 3rd game....

....however, I'm waiting for a few of the other quite brilliant board members to add a little more diversity to SoM.
