King's Field Ancient City Endings?

Sorry if someone covered this already. Are there only two different endings in the game?

Unrelated has anyone farmed Dark Defiler? If so, pretty cool weapon?

Aren't any further endings sadly. And the Dark Defiler is "Ok" I'm my book. Fits really well if you were going for the full Demon Set and just as a neat weapon to collect in the first place.

There are two, but one is pretty lame. If you best the end boss without the Moonlight Sword the ending is cut short.
