Title: Sound issues with KF1 SOM?

Has anyone experienced any sound effects not playing at all when striking enemies or swinging your weapon with the Sword of Moonlight version of King's Field? I'm running this game on Windows 8.1.

It's an engine issue that happens when two sound effects play over each other. There's no way to fix it.

www.swordofmoonlight.net fixes this issue. Has for almost a decade :sadani:
