Title: Week 1 Challenge

I will likely roll out a few questions a week, so watch out for them daily!

For the kick off I want to challenge the folks on the forums...post a screenshot of a defeated Mamma Kraken in KF2 having only the original dagger equipped and having killed no other enemies in the game.

This means the screenshot needs the following criteria:

A shot of a menu screen with the see through background pointing at the cave entrance area where the kraken should be, a level 6 character obvious in the information pane with the proper experience you receive for killing only the kraken and having 30 magic points proving you didn't use fireball magic to help :)

First person to post this gets 5 points!

Ha, I tried some and am going to try more. I actually killed the head cap before getting squished. She actually seems to have a blind spot behind her if you can manage to get there before death!

The easiest way to reach her without dying (since it takes so long to recover your stamina after running) is to run along the very edge of the shoreline almost on the water so you are approaching her at a head on angle at first then last minute strafe right hard behind her and release run, she will typicall throw her arm and miss.

If you approach from the wall she typically turns to face you before throwing her arm not giving you enough time to duck behind her.

This is a bit hard... just managed to get its head and then some after about ten-fifteen deaths... xD

Note that I got to level 7, not 6. However, I didn't kill or even hit anything else than the Kraken. :)

LOL very nice, ya it is 6 level ups total, and ya that damn mosquito, you can see in my ss that i took some damage from one myself doing it.  Nice to see the psx emulator has the same criss cross line buggyness in your system too!
